Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Sourcing Talent: Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through effective communication and relationship management.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver the right talent within deadlines.
• Market Research: Stay updated on current trends in IT recruitment, market demands, and salary benchmarks to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and local labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies to effectively screen candidates.
• Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and Monster.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
