Role & responsibilities

• screening, sourcing, interviewing the right fit candidate.
• Sourcing potential candidates from company's hiring portal
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• Conducting interviews with hiring managers.
• Process documentation and onboard.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have exp. of 2 years to 4 year.
• Candidate should have exp. of bulk hiring.
• Candidate must have personal laptop, and well versed with basic computer knowledge.
