Content Creator (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

- Lead the creation of fresh, engaging short-form content across avenues and platforms (posts, videos, blogs, stories, infographics, etc. ) that reflects brand voice and messaging.

- Keep the brand narrative at the core of your content.

- Stay ahead of digital trends and incorporate them into content creation.

- Work closely with the Marketing Head and the rest of the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy.

- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategies.

- Ownership of execution post ideation stage.

- Monitor content performance and track engagement metrics. Use data insights to optimize content strategies and continuously improve engagement rates.

Experience Required :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in creating short-form digital content (e.g., social media videos, blogs, stories) for various platforms.

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced brand environment is highly desirable.
