Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented VAS Operations Head/Manager to serve as the SPOC for all matters related to the integration, onboarding, and ongoing Technical support for Content Partners (CPs).
The ideal candidate comes from a mix of Digital Marketing & VAS background.
In the last VAS role, the candidate will have a strong understanding of VAS products and services from both business and technical perspectives, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
The candidate would have worked with International Content Partners, carries existing relationships, is street smart, with a zeal and passion to work independently under minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration & Onboarding:
- Drive the end-to-end onboarding and integration process for CPs.
- Serve as the SPOC for CPs & Telecom Operator, managing their queries, clarifying doubts, and -addressing concerns related to technical flows and service integration.
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to ensure successful pre- and post-Live integration support.
Client Support & Relationship Management:
- Handle inquiries and requests from CPs & Telco, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CPs, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
- Provide consistent updates to CPs regarding the status of their onboarding and integration processes.
Product Expertise:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's VAS Solutions offerings from both business and technical perspectives.
- Communicate product capabilities and limitations clearly to CPs and stakeholders.
Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, product, and business teams, both internal & external, to resolve CP queries and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks during the integration process to maintain project timelines.
Testing & Process Improvement:
- Proactively test & identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and integration process and recommend actionable solutions.
- Document processes and best practices for future scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Optional)
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in VAS operations, client onboarding, or a similar role (Mandatory)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Experience working with Content Partners in a telecom or digital services environment.
