Associate / Sr. Associate - NPA Resolution

Key Responsibilities:

-Analysis of data received from the client and doing research about the company at preliminary level.
-Proposal do-ability assessment and accordingly inform the reporting authority about the do-ability.
-Preparation of a comprehensive financial model as per the extent guidelines (RBI, Banking norms, IBC etc., as the case may be).
-Preparation of Information Memorandum, proposal note.
-Coordinate with Lenders / clients on a regular basis to sort out queries throughout the assignment.
-Liaison with Legal Advocates for Title Clearance, Technical Valuers for Technical Due Diligence & Valuation, Credit rating agencies and Auditors for Financial Due Diligence.
-Coordinating with the Client to comply with CP of the Sanction / term sheet and ensuring it to comply within desired timelines.
-Assisting the client for timely closure of transaction.

We are looking for candidates to manage Stress-Related Proposals (such as Restructuring/One Time Settlement with Banks) and Real Estate Fund Raising Proposals with Swami Fund & Fund Houses.
