-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance Assets Under Management (AUM) and expand the client base across various product lines like PMS (own and third party), AIF, Insurance, broking/leverage trading and Mutual funds. -Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners within the financial ecosystem. -Oversee a comprehensive range of financial products and services, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends. -Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence (SVP Only). -Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and client offerings.
