Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing offline sales and distribution channels within the home appliances industry. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our distributor network, boosting retail sales, and ensuring strong market penetration across designated regions. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):
Expand Distribution Network: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers in target regions to ensure consistent product availability.
Retail Channel Optimization: Collaborate with retail partners to improve product placement and visibility in stores. Execute promotional campaigns and incentive programs to enhance retail engagement.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by optimizing both distribution and retail strategies.
Market Intelligence & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide valuable insights and actionable feedback to management.
Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute dealer and distributor incentive programs. Assist in supporting offline marketing initiatives such as trade shows, exhibitions, and regional events.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and track market data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 5 years in offline sales and distribution management, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector. Proven success in building and managing distributor networks and consistently exceeding sales targets. Skills & Attributes Required:
Strong knowledge of offline distribution strategies, inventory management, and retail sales. Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies. Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not mandatory. Other Requirements:

To motivate and reward high performance, the selected candidate will be offered a commission-based earnings structure in addition to their fixed salary. The details are as follows:
Base Salary: A competitive fixed salary based on experience and qualifications.
Commission:
Percentage-based commission on achieving sales targets. Additional incentives for surpassing predefined benchmarks (e.g., 10% above target). Special bonuses for onboarding new distributors or retailers within key regions. This performance-based structure directly correlates efforts with earnings, driving results-focused outcomes.
