Manager - Distribution

• Distribution Planning - to ensure stocks availability at all CFA and SD as per norms and demand .
• Follow up with S&Op team and HUBs for inventory availability
• Order to Cash - Ensure fulfilment of all orders received at CFA and SD as per agreed norms . Follow up for collection of outstanding from Stockist and SD
• CFA Management - Co-ordination with CFA for day-to-day operations . CFA KPI Management , Reimbursement of CFA Claims
• Hub Management - Ensuring timely dispatch of goods from Hub as per plan . Infrastructure management at Hub locations etc
• Cost Management and preparation of yearly budget
• Co-ordination with Regulatory, Quality, Legal and Finance for query resolution and compliance management
• Handling Internal and External Audit
• Hans on Experience in SAP ,MS OFFICE , MIS
• Preparation of Presentation for various meeting and presenting the same
• Analysis of Expiry , Saleable returns

Qualification: MBA preferred
