about you
This is a customer-facing role and is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and having customer service mindset. You should be ready to work in customer time zone and during off business hours to manage operations.
knowledge of Python, scripting , database and automation
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our email systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
Administer email user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deleting accounts as needed.
Monitor and troubleshoot email issues, responding to user inquiries and resolving problems promptly.
Excellent Hands-On Experience in Installation,configuration & Troubleshooting of Operating Systems,End Point installation Administration
Knowledge & Exposure on Cloud concepts
Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clustering, Load Balancing, Anti-virus, Patch Management .
