Manager- Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CFA operations including CFA Stock Audit on monthly basis and Quarterly basis and resolve any issues like shortage & excess of stock, batch or expiry mismatch after taking proper approval from finance.
• Stock Adjustment in SAP for Destruction of Stock, Shortage and Excess at CFA location, Adjustment of Batch mismatches etc. after proper approval from QA and Finance.
• Hub Inventory Management for ease of operations
• Plant and Sales View of Material Extension to all CFA locations when new product code is created in SAP, NPPA - FORM V & Price List Circulation.
• To resolve CFAs queries related to SAP, if any technical issue then forward to IT and follow up for the same.
• To look after QA issues & Release Status and also blocked & release the stock at CFA location as per requirement.
• Claim settlement of Free goods for sponsorship received from Sales on monthly basis.
• Testing of New Business Processes / Report in Development, Quality and production server for its correctness
• Pricing updation in the master in SAP on regular basis.
• Follow up for Saleable Return and settle as soon as possible.
• Third Party & Raw Material invoicing to be prepared from Warehouse.

We prefer

1. Postgraduate having 8-12 years of experience in Distribution, CFA /SD management .
2. He /she should have good knowledge of ERP ( SAP) SD module .
3. Good communication skills verbal and written.
4. Command over excel , PowerPoint , MS office
5. Ready to travel.
