Job Description

The Regional Head of Business Development for Real Estate Premium/Luxury business drives the organization's business development strategies in generating revenue for home interior business for premium home owners through market capture in the region.He/She also coordinates with regional channel partners to identify regional market opportunities, and builds working relationships amongst Premium builders / broker networks that deals with Premium builders and coordinates with the team across Mumbai.Roles and responsibilities :

  • Pivotal in generating lead and revenue for home interior business of Premium properties
  • Active involvement in marketing initiatives and events for premium customers
  • Play a key role in onboarding and engagement of new channel partners and strategize on building new channels to capture leads, market share and hence revenue
  • Active involvement in strategising for building own team including Hiring, Training and Coaching the team
  • Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth  through offline leads
  • Active involvement in optimizing cost of customer acquisition
  • Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop plans for adapting existing portfolios to new business opportunities.
  • Showcase exceptional business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills
  • Establish business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy.
  • Lead identification of opportunities and geographical expansion to optimize business processes.
  • Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries.
  • Periodical market visit to understand the pulse of the market and collaborate with the team in competition mapping
  • Collaborate with the presales , telecalling functions , events and Branding  and analyze output.

Skills


  • Post Graduate Or PGDM
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Distribution Channel Management
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market in the assigned region
  • Strong ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Goal oriented
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
