Director -Corporate Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and opportunities for client organizations.
• Assess current corporate training programs and align them with client goals and objectives.
• Proposal Development:
• Design and deliver customized training proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
• Ensure proposals are clear, compelling, and technically sound, addressing both business and learning outcomes.
• Program Design & Delivery:
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality technical and management training programs.
• Create engaging and interactive content that meets the diverse learning needs of corporate clients.
• Monitor and adjust training delivery as needed to ensure optimal learning experiences.
• Profitability & Growth:
• Drive the profitability of the Corporate Training Division by managing the P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and cost management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the training portfolio with both existing and new clients.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the training division, ensuring timely, effective program delivery.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique training needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Ensure a long-term partnership approach with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
