Group CEO

The Group CEO is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of all entities of Boby Chemmanur International Group, ensuring the Group's vision, mission, values, and strategic objectives are implemented across its subsidiaries or business units. The CEO will drive growth, innovation, operational excellence, and financial performance while maintaining a focus on corporate governance and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute the companys strategy in line with the management vision.
• Lead the organizations long-term planning and operational strategies.
• Ensure alignment of all business units and subsidiaries with the groups overall objectives.
2. Operational Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring effective coordination across various business units.
• Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across all aspects of the company.

1. Financial Stewardship:
• Maintain overall responsibility for financial performance, including P&L oversight, budget management, and achieving growth targets.
• Ensure the company’s financial integrity and sustainability.
• Report to the board on financial performance and major risks.
2. Leadership & Talent Development:
• Lead, inspire, and mentor senior leadership teams across subsidiaries and business units.
• Build and sustain a high-performance culture, ensuring top-tier talent is recruited and retained.
• Foster leadership development and succession planning across the organization.
3. Corporate Governance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Provide direction for risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong corporate governance practices in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
4. Stakeholder Management:
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, regulators, and the community.
• Act as the primary representative of the company, enhancing its public image and reputation.
5. Innovation & Growth:
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Champion innovation and digital transformation within the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Post Graduate degree Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 20 + years in senior leadership roles, with at least 5+ years as a CEO or equivalent in a large-scale organization.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
• Strong experience in corporate governance, finance, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex, multi-business organizations.
