Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. when iam joined chemmanur jewellers in 28th september 2023, i really kniw knowledge of boby chemmanur the goat Father and he did it lots of good things for poor peoples and poor homes. Then i joined after a few months later he helped his bare hands to the wayanad flood. The chemmanur jewellers is the best option when me and my friend choose it. Anyone has to join the company and they earn more than thier own basic slr.

Other than the better working atmosphere, the company doesnot show enough consideration to their employees. No job security,once the HR dept policies changes you got to adjust with it and face big fluctuations in salary as well.
