Job Title: VP - Sales & Business Development

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to join our executive team. The Sales Leader will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating processes within the company and driving sustainable growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue generation strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and effective revenue operations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with other executives to set and achieve company-wide goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the revenue budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Sales leadership roles with hands on experience
  • Experience in working in startups or building new business revenue streams and thrive in ambiguity
  • Experience dealing with Indian markets selling IT Services and Products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
