Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore (One position in each location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Lead the sales and business development efforts in your region, promoting Qylis range of IT products and services.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from CXOs to other decision-makers, ensuring continuous satisfaction and business growth.
• Sales Closure: Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and generating leads to closing deals and achieving set sales targets.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, always looking for new opportunities.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Maximize revenue by identifying opportunities to expand within existing accounts.
• Post-Sales Support: Work closely with the team on invoicing, payment collection, and addressing customer escalations.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep learning about the latest IT technologies and solutions to stay competitive.

What Youll Need:

• 5-8 years of experience in IT sales/business development, with a focus on products and services.
• Proven track record in building relationships and driving complex deals.
• Strong communication skills, both in English and the local language.
• A management degree or equivalent, with relevant industry experience.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
