HR Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an HR Manager with expertise in Employee Engagement, Compliance, HR Audits, HRMS/HRIS tools, and Automation, along with hands-on experience in Generative AI applications for HR functions. The ideal candidate will enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and leverage AI-driven tools to optimize HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-powered engagement programs and conduct sentiment analysis.
• Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure HR compliance using AI-driven monitoring and lead audits.
• Manage HRMS/HRIS tools (Workday, SAP, BambooHR) and drive automation.
• Implement AI-based HR solutions for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Use AI analytics for workforce planning, talent retention, and HR reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5-10 years in HR, with experience in AI-driven HR automation and compliance.
• Expertise in HRMS/HRIS tools, AI analytics, and labor law compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelors/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in AI for HR, HR Analytics, or HR Technology.
• Experience in multi-country HR operations and AI-driven strategies.
