Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in both outbound and inbound sales. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the end-to-end sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in sales, this is your chance to make your mark!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Develop a robust pipeline through outbound strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting high-potential B2B clients.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and craft tailored sales pitches.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:Manage the entire sales process, including pre-sales consultation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide valuable feedback for product and service enhancements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-7 years in B2B Sales (experience in outbound/inbound sales preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle a high-volume sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools and CRM systems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building client relationships.
