We are a full-service integrated advertising agency with a legacy of 30+ years in the industry. With a team of ~45 professionals, we specialize in creative communications, digital marketing, and media strategy, serving top clients, particularly in the BFSI space. As we enter our next growth phase, we’re looking to onboard a Chief Growth Officer (CGO)—a partner-level leader who will take complete ownership of business growth.

About the Role

This is not just a job—it’s an entrepreneurial opportunity to lead and scale an already established, profitable agency with a robust client base. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and account expansion through a mix of existing business development (EBD) and new business development (NBD).

What You’ll Do

1. Own & Drive Growth

• Take full ownership of business development, ensuring top-line and bottom-line growth.
• Expand business from existing clients (EBD) through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
• Generate new business (NBD) through networking, performance marketing, social media outreach, LinkedIn, and direct prospecting.
• Implement push and pull strategies for lead generation and conversion.

2. Build a Scalable Growth Engine

• Define and implement a structured approach to sales, pipeline management, and conversion optimization.
• Leverage CRM tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies for inbound marketing, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Lead and grow a dedicated business development team over time.

3. Relationship & Network Management

• Be the face of the agency for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Leverage industry connections to open new doors and strengthen our market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client mandates.

Who We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in advertising, creative communications, or marketing.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong industry network with the ability to leverage relationships for business expansion.
• Strategic thinker who understands business funnels, lead generation, and sales processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who treats this role as their own business.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be Mumbai-based and willing to work on-site (no hybrid/remote options).

Compensation & Growth Path

• Fixed Salary + Profit Sharing (directly linked to agency performance).
