Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Product Manager for a fast-growing Nutraceuticals Startup.

BioNutri Fusion Pvt. Ltd is an agro-based Biotech food formulation company in Mumbai. We plan to introduce high-protein nutraceutical products to modern retail, wellness, and pharmacy stores.

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of nutraceutical products, including market research, product development, and positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch, growth, and sustainability of the product portfolio while meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and consumer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Define product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.

2. Product Development:

• Collaborate with R&D to conceptualize innovative nutraceutical products.
• Ensure product formulations meet market demand, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

3. Launch & Marketing:

• Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
• Create marketing collateral and train sales teams on product USPs.

4. Performance Tracking:

• Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, market share, and customer feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.

5. Regulatory & Compliance:

• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition or related field.
• MBA in Marketing or Product Management (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of nutraceutical products, ingredients, and market trends.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to nutraceuticals.
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
