Executive / Sr. Executive - Travel Desk

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa processing.
  
• Handle corporate travel management tasks such as ticket booking, itinerary creation, and expense tracking.
  
• Provide exceptional service to management & employees by resolving any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements.
  
• Ensure timely execution of all travel-related activities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in a similar role (Executive/Sr. Executive - Travel Desk).
  
• Strong knowledge of airlines' policies and procedures for ticket booking and cancellation.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
