Travel Executive

Job Location- Palwal(Haryana)
Qualification- Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience- 8 to 12yrs
Joining Time- At the earliest
Eligibility- Must have relevant experience in travel arrangements.

• Negotiating rates, travel deals, and contracts with travel agencies.
• Maintaining a good working relationship with travel service providers and vendors.
• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels and transportation.
• Manage travel request and ensure timely responses and confirmations.
• Provide detailed travel itineraries and relevant travel information to clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate visa applications & other travel related documents.
• Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to ensure competitive rates and best services.
• Handle travel related queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor travel budget and expense reports
• Stay updated with travel industry trends and regulations
