Travel Desk Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and book domestic and international travel (flights, accommodation, transportation).
• Handle visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration policies.
• Arrange lodging and boarding for employees during business trips.
• Negotiate rates with travel and hospitality vendors to optimize costs.
• Develop and enforce travel policies while maintaining expense records.
• Address travel emergencies and provide support during crises.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or Any Graduate.
• Experience: 5 + years in corporate travel management, including visa processing.

• Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office.
• Familiarity with international visa and travel regulations.
