Roles and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities (KRAs) for this position include:

• Assistant Manager Finance - FB Cost Controller
• Verify and authorize each GRN prior to submitting to accounts for payments, ensure rate are in line with contract price.
• Recording of food and beverage costs
• Compute recipe cost of item and revise the cost basis change in raw material price.
• Adhering to all cost control procedure.
• Generate day today COGS report.
• Review purchasing procedures for all items
• Ensures compliance with documentation/authorization processes
• Monitor inventories of Food Beverage to increase inventory turnover
• Actively participate in month end reporting procedures.
• Reviewing cases like wastages, variances, and inventories of units thereby implementing measures for controlling the same.
• Supervise the yield management for all FB products.
• Perform surprise audits, physical stock verification etc.
