Senior Executive - Growth Marketing

Mandate 1 - Employees will come to the office twice or thrice a week at their base location and work remotely for the remaining days.

Role Responsibilities:-

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Owned Media team as a Senior Executive. As a Senior Executive , you will play a critical role in managing our stakeholders across the different BUs and driving customer engagement through effective strategies on Push Notification, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS via Automation.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and impactful journeys, ensuring that the various metrics like CvR, CTR, Bounce, Unsubscribes etc. are always tracked with zero execution errors during campaign setup on CleverTap: -The role is within the Owned Media team at Swiggy which is a central function across all Business Units, you will be required to design and execute customer-centric Owned Media strategies/journeys across Push Notifications, Emails, WhatsApp SMS/RCS.
• Leverage customer data and insights to drive targeted campaigns and personalized communication across various channels - Campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to engage customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Swiggy Food, Swiggy Instamart, Swiggy Dineout, Swiggy Mall, Swiggy Genie City teams to ensure alignment and achieve campaign objectives. Continuously evaluate and optimize journey performance based on key metrics
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze Campaign data, study customer behavior, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports and observe dashboards to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, CTRs CVRs. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Basic SQL, CleverTap
• Additionally, experience on tools like Gupshup, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Netcore etc are add ons.
