Job Description
Areas of Responsibility
Indicative Activities
Ensure adherence to 'lat longs' provided to sign the POD properties.
Ensure the location meets all the legal criteria.
Ensure proper follow-ups with all the real estate agents in sourcing locations within the timelines and
guidelines provided.
New POD
Ensure locations are sourced within the budgeted commercials.
Ensure effective screening is done in regards to all the property documents before shortlisting a property.
To make sure all necessary paper work is filled and documents collected and mailed to the legal team for
scrutiny
Ensure prompt responses to queries/concerns raised by the legal team there by clearing doubts and providing
additional documents if required.
To maintain a data base of location wise documents and share it with concerned teams which will help them
procure various licenses.
Documentation
Agreement signings and registering of properties from time to time
Liaising between landlords and operations team to facilitate smooth operations
consistently follow up with landlords and ensure all the promised amenities by the landlord are provided on
Landlords & Asset Management

Ensure all the facilities like DG,Gas Vendor, Security & Housekeeping are provided to the POD to ensure
smooth operations.
Assist the facility team to ensure all the utility readings are taken on a daily basis and circulated to the
concerned functions.

To attend to all breakdown calls and follow up with maintenance team to fix the issues on priority basis
