Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
• 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, training, and process development
• Experience working in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is a strong plus
• Prior experience in scaling teams in a growing organization
• Exposure to tech-driven HR solutions & Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred
  Experience using HRMS, LMS, and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Workday
  Data-Driven Approach Ability to track recruitment success, training impact, and SOP adherence metrics
