Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve individual/store targets.
• Build strong client relationships and offer personalized styling advice.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge (fabrics, embroidery, styling).
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize basket value.
• Manage customer retention and follow-ups for repeat business.
• Ensure store presentation aligns with SCs brand aesthetics.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and fast-moving items.
• Handle billing, digital queries, and after-sales service.
• Assist in in-store events, trunk shows, and VIP styling sessions.
• Mentor junior sales staff and provide training.
• Report daily/weekly sales insights to the Store Manager.
• Adhere to SOPs for store operations, cash handling, and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 3-5 years in premium fashion/luxury retail.
• Skills: Strong sales, communication, and styling expertise.
• Personality: Customer-centric, proactive, and well-groomed.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems, CRM, and online order management.
