Product Analyst (SaaS B2B)

At SuperProcure we are on the look out for an ambitious Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales. Roles and Responsibilities

• Target ICP for the role : Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction Companies with turnover of Rs.500+crores to Rs.5,000crores in India.
• Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop a clear understanding of customer problems needs. Identify present the right matching SP product solution.
• Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Represent SuperProcure at industry conferences, events, and meetings to enhance brand positioning and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless communication with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education - Engineering Degree. MBA would be an advantage.
• 35 years of experience in software sales to enterprises, preferably SaaS Product.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Experience in selling complex solutions with a consultative sales approach. Deal size ranging from Rs.5lac to Rs.50lacs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude and a passion for success.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in Logistics Tech/Startup TechnologyBonus points! Your knowledge adds that extra oomph to our dynamic team.
