Marketing Executive - Solar

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote solar products and services.
• Identify target audiences and create customized marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Lead Generation and Market Expansion:

• Develop and implement campaigns to generate leads for solar integrated and rooftop systems.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets for solar products.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential customers.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain and update records of marketing activities, lead generation, and campaign performance.
• Provide periodic reports to the management team with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
  
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is preferred).

• Experience:
  
• 0 - 3 years of experience in marketing (solar industry experience is an advantage).
• Freshers with a passion for marketing and renewable energy may also apply.

• Technical and Professional Skills:
  
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and presentations.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy solutions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to execute innovative marketing campaigns.

Other Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
• Willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Reporting and Coordination:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance and market insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and technical departments, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
