**Job Description:**

As a Field Sales Executive for solar panel installation, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role requires a motivated and results-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sustainable energy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and target potential customers through various lead generation techniques, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

- Conduct on-site consultations to assess clients energy needs and provide tailored solar panel solutions.

- Present and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy systems to prospective customers, addressing any questions or concerns.

- Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts, including pricing and financing options.

- Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of solar technology, trends, and regulatory changes.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Track sales progress and report on results and activity to management.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related field.

- A strong understanding of solar energy and installation processes is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a field environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Valid driver's license of two-wheelers and willingness to travel to customer locations.
