Lead - Consumer Insights
Responsibilities:
- Systematic development of deep, actionable customer insights
- Working with the cross functional teams - marketing, growth and product teams to convert insights into business-building, growth initiatives
- Ensuring the customer perspective is integral to all marketing and product decision-making processes
- Converting business problems into customer-level problems, thereby generating insights to provide customer solutions aimed at growing acquisition, trading frequency, retention and loyalty
- Strategizing the ideal methodologies for data collection and overseeing the analytical work plan to ensure comprehensive insights are generated to meet business objectives
- Understand the ethos and proposition of crypto brands, monitor brand health via Brand Tracking, evaluate communication efficiency and effectiveness
- Deep understanding of our target group and consumer behavior through qualitative researches like Ethnography, FGDs, IDIs, Dyads, Content analysis, Sentiment analysis - Ad Hoc Studies (Concept tests, U&A, Communication Development Test, Product Test)
Requirement :
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in roles focused on market insights, strategy development, or related fields in e-commerce or consumer technology firms.
- Proven expertise in managing a wide spectrum of quantitative research methodologies.
- Exposure to qualitative research is not necessary but will be a plus
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable strategies and decisions
- Proficiency in synthesizing data from various sources to construct cohesive narratives that drive strategic outcomes
