Lead - CRM & Engagement - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)

- Leading E-commerce platform is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager - CRM & Engagement lead responsible for leading the CRM & Engagement team, planning, execution and innovations on CRM channels (Push Notifications, WhatsApp) to strategically drive user engagement growth.

- Collecting and analyzing customer data and lead tracking & improvement of the CRM channel metrics

- Using CRM systems to manage relationships

- Lead to team which drives daily CRM operations

- Define strategy & annual/monthly/daily goals for the channels

- Create content roadmap - Brand, Product roadmap with Tech. & business roadmap

- Prior experience in CRM channels management would be highly appreciated

Education/ Work experience :

- MBA from a reputed institute

- 5-7 Years of experience in relevant role

- Team management experience

- Stakeholder management with Brand, Product, & Technology teams

- Data Analytics & Decision Making skills - Understanding data & derive actionable insights
