Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)


About the role:


- A Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Will Play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the marketing team, and overseeing marketing campaigns.

Managing Marketing Budgets and Optimizing ROI:

Qualifications

- Degree in business administration, marketing or an equivalent field.


- MBA preferred.

- 4+ years of experience as a marketing officer or an equivalent senior marketing leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2C verticals.

- Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances.

- Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with scaling startups and high growth companies.

- Experience in scaling marketing operations, managing international marketing teams or expanding into new markets.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legal considerations related to marketing activities in India.

- Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations and their implications for marketing practices.
