Talent Acquisition Partner
- We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team to lead recruitment efforts, focusing on 0-1 hiring, volume hiring, vendor management, and payroll coordination.
- This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires while ensuring seamless payroll processing.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring Strategy:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Drive 0-1 hiring initiatives to acquire key talent for new and evolving roles.
- Handle high-volume hiring, ensuring quick turnaround time and process efficiency.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and referrals.
Candidate Pipeline & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and performance metrics.
Payroll & HR Operations:
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Optimize recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in hiring and payroll.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for tracking and managing applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in ATS, payroll software, and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- In-depth understanding in HR best practices, and people operations.
- Experience with rapid-growth environments and scaling HR processes is a plus.
