Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

- Own and maintain the product backlog by prioritizing features, epics, and stories based on business value and technical feasibility.

- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.

- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates, ensuring alignment across teams.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive data to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and iterate on improvements.

- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to promote efficient team workflows.

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years in SaaS product management or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Familiarity with software development processes, SaaS architectures, and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.

- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from metrics.

- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Experience in scaling SaaS ( preferred) / B2B products in competitive markets is preferred.

- Experience in CPQ products is a plus.

- Familiarity with API-based products and integrations.

- Exposure to UX/UI principles and working closely with design teams.

- Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
