Growth Analyst - Customer Analytics Team - B2B eCommerce Firm (3-8 yrs)

Co Profile : Technology led B2B ecommerce company

Role : This person will lead Customer Analytics team which is responsible for analyzing, strategizing and executing customer growth plans

Key Responsibilities

- Be a POC for all things Customer Analytics and Own end-to-end analysis of Customer metrics

- Identify the current problem areas with deeper understanding of customer key metrics

- Conduct a forum to devise strategies to find solutions for the problem areas with key stakeholders,

- Provide actionable insights to lead Customer Growth & Retention

- Design the overall customer growth strategy in a close collaboration with Acquisition teams

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the analytics domain, preferably in e-commerce

- Strong data-driven decision making skills and translate insights into opportunities.

- Experience in analytical Modelling, SQL, willingness to learn internal data tools

- Cross functional team management skills to liaison with product, central analytics and marketing teams
