Role Overview:
- We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS, AI, or telecom industries.
- This individual will work closely with our leadership team to execute integrated marketing strategies, craft compelling narratives, and as the go-to partner for telecom operators worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Brand Positioning and Messaging:
- Establish leadership position in AI-driven telecom solutions.
- Build brand equity through impactful storytelling, thought leadership, and innovative campaigns.
- Oversee global PR, AR, and media relations to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to define product positioning and messaging.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, aligning them with market needs and customer pain points.
- Create sales enablement materials such as presentations, battle cards, and case studies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
- Support the Sales team with targeted campaigns, training, and resources to drive adoption and revenue.
Demand Generation and Campaigns:
- Design and implement data-driven demand-generation programs to drive qualified leads.
- Leverage content marketing, digital channels, and industry events to maximize reach and engagement.
- Align with regional sales teams to support lead conversion and pipeline acceleration.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
- Build partnerships with external agencies and vendors to amplify marketing impact.
Data and Analytics:
- Define and track key marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and scale successful initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 12-15 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in technology marketing, preferably within the telecom, AI, or SaaS sectors.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, content marketing, and branding strategies.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
