The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and overseeing the execution of end-to-end marketing activities, including Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), and Digital marketing initiatives. This role will also focus on brand marketing communications, go-to-market strategies, and managing technology campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within tech companies or advertising agencies, with a strategic and hands-on approach to driving brand growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Marketing Strategy:
- Lead and manage the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Brand Marketing Communications:
- Develop and execute clear and compelling brand messaging to strengthen brand positioning and differentiation in the market.
- Manage and oversee creative development and execution of brand assets, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, services, or market entries, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer insights, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Technology Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for technology products or solutions, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
- Work closely with product teams to translate technical features into customer benefits in marketing messaging.
Campaign Performance and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continually improve campaign outcomes.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork:
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and market demands.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness in campaign execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Two Years MBA (Full-time) from a premier institution with minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience in tech companies or advertising agencies.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in launching and driving technology-related marketing initiatives.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
Preferred Background:
- Previous experience with tech products, services, or in the technology industry.
- Experience in agency-side marketing or working with agencies to execute large-scale campaigns.
