Job Description

Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, contributing to the overall expansion strategy and converting opportunities into successful partnerships. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams.


As a Sales Development Representative, you are instrumental in propelling the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities encompass seamlessly transitioning leads the BD team provides into enduring customer relationships. From tailoring our products and services to meet individual client needs to overseeing the onboarding process, your proactive approach is pivotal in converting leads into sustained partnerships.


Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct presentations to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the email marketing team to convert leads into clients.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Tailor our products and services to meet the specific requirements of each client.

3. Relationship Building:

  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales process.

4. Deal Closure:

  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure agreements that align with both their expectations and our business objectives.
  • Ensure the successful closure of deals and the attainment of sales targets.

5. Onboarding Management:

  • Facilitate a smooth transition from the sales phase to the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and implementation of solutions.

6. Customer Handover:

  • Transfer successfully onboarded customers to the Customer Success Team.
  • Provide comprehensive handover documentation to ensure a seamless transition.

7.Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead conversion, sales performance, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 1 to 4 years experience in sales development, BD, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
