Academy Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with managers to determine training needs and create tailored training schedules that are aligned with business goals.
• Create, develop, and deliver compelling and impactful training programs, focusing on Digital Marketing.
• Solid experience as a Digital Marketing trainer in a reputed training institute.
• Proficiency in DSP, SSP, RTB, Ad Exchange, and preferably experience in programmatic advertising or ad-ops.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Social Media Marketing, including certifications in Google Search, Google Display, and Video Ads.
• Adhere to a proactive strategy to remain updated on recent developments and approaches in the continuously growing industry of Digital Marketing.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication in both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in working with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Ability to maintain attendance records and manage data in ERP/LMS systems.
• Willingness to work from office 5 days a week.
