Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring

managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans that align

with company objectives and growth strategies.

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage

with high-quality candidates across various channels, including social media, job

boards, industry networks, and direct outreach.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates

throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer and

onboarding.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends,

salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide strategic insights and

recommendations.

• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future

hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates and passive job seekers to

ensure a steady flow of talent.

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements,

create detailed job descriptions, and ensure alignment between hiring needs and

recruitment strategies.

• Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators

to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations

for improvements.

• Brand Advocacy: Promote the companys employer brand and culture through effective

messaging and engagement with potential candidates.

• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and

company policies and standards.
