About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled JavaScript Developer with a strong focus on custom development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

As a key member of our team, you will work on building dynamic ad-serving solutions and tools for real-time bidding within the advertising technology space.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming, and a deep understanding of ad-tech functionalities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Custom JavaScript Development : Build, optimize, and maintain complex JavaScript applications, with a focus on asynchronous programming (Promises, Async/Await) to ensure smooth website functionality.

- DOM Manipulation : Expertly manage and manipulate the Document Object Model (DOM) to create dynamic ad units, overlays, pop-ups, and other interactive elements.

- Ad-Tech Solutions : Design and implement ad-serving solutions, including dynamic creatives, tools for real-time bidding, and campaign analytics.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure fast loading times and smooth performance of creatives, even in high-traffic environments, while minimizing the impact on page load speed.

- Cross-browser Compatibility : Ensure that all components are responsive, work efficiently across various browsers, and are optimized for different devices.

- Data Collection & Insights : Implement advanced data collection mechanisms to track user interactions, ad performance, and audience behavior for better campaign insights.

- Automated Testing : Implement and maintain automated testing using JavaScript testing frameworks for validating ad creatives and ensuring seamless interaction.

- Collaborative Development : Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, with a focus on custom solutions.

- Strong expertise in native JavaScript and ES6+ features, including knowledge of asynchronous programming.

- Proficiency in working with JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

- Experience with advertising networks, ad-serving technologies, and real-time bidding.

- Deep understanding of DOM manipulation, event handling, and creating dynamic, interactive ad units.

- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for seamless integration and dynamic web design.

- Familiarity with JavaScript testing frameworks and experience implementing automated testing solutions.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
