Position: Finance Specialist Invoicing (US)
Experience: 3- 5 years

Shift Time:- 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Job Description:
- Primary person for day-to-day invoicing for all projects/Clients.
- Responsible for generating cash flow and ad hoc reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Strong ability to reconcile accounts, expenses and run reports
- Run AR aging reports on a regular basis and follow up with client for any pending payments.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a similar finance position handling invoicing.
- Prior Experience with Finance and Invoicing in IT services / IT Staffing firm is a must.
- Extensive working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is a must.
- Working knowledge of VMS like beeline, Tradeshift, Tungsten Network etc.
- Solid experience with high volume of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Finance and/or accounting acumen with a good grasp of accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Quick Books Online.
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks in highly active and dynamic environment.
- Bachelors degree, ideally with focus on finance or accounting.
