Stratacent is looking for a SAS Administrator who can work not only as an individual contributor but also as a good team player with minimal supervision. Should be result driven, self-motivated with a desire to excel and must possess good problem-solving skills. Must have worked in direct client (preferably international clients) facing roles and possesses excellent verbal/written communication skills. They will be part of dedicated SAS Admin team with diverse experience across domains and geographies.

Description
Stratacent is looking for a SAS Administrator who can work not only as an individual contributor but also as a good team player with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
- Installation of SAS Software including grid on Linux operating system.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan from SAS Grid to SAS Viya, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Migrate existing SAS applications and scripts to the SAS Viya environment, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization.
- Managing Viya servers and services and have good knowledge of SAS Viya Architecture
- Providing support and performing admin activities on SAS Viya
- Understanding and administering SAS Viya Programming runtime servers, CAS Server, Backup and restoring SAS Viya environment.
- Support and understanding of CAS concepts/language over SAS Viya
- Establish and administering SAS Viya Platform, perform CAS Administration, manage CASLIBs, and In-memory space management
- Understanding of micro-service architecture, specifically with regards to SAS Viya components and structures
- Understanding of 3rd party technologies associated with the Viya deployment.
- Knowledge of the function and use of REST APIs.
- Conceptual understanding of Azure cloud architecture and offerings.
- Experience in Cloud technologies Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Azure files, Azure Container Registry and etc.
- Working with LINUX OS and shell scripting.
- Proficiency in SAS programming, data integration, and system administration.
- Administration and installation of SAS Viya 4.
- Working knowledge of Azure and cloud resources like AKS, Azure files and ACR.
- Hands on knowledge on linux system.
- Familiarity with Devops tools - Git repository and Ansible.
- Very good exposure on Environment manager with excellent understanding of all components such as libraries, user management, server/software components folder structures
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, similar technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
