Job Description.
The position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit/region.
The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities.
Assisting for complete employee life cycle Offer generation, initiating the background verification process through vendors, effective onboarding program implementation to ensure a great new hire experience, Induction Orientation.
Sending Birthdays, work anniversaries, new joiners' emails.
Assisting for personnel data update, employee records, letter generation, Employee confirmation.
Assisting maintaining HR Dashboard and create effective retention strategies.
Facilitate positive company engagement, launch engagement calendar, and execute team activities globally.
Executing Rewards & Recognition globally, Assisting in Townhall Quarterly.
Assisting ensuring effective communication of HR Policies & processes.
Ensure compliance to company policies.
Conducting various session on policy refresher session, POSH, etc.
Drafting SOPs, Policies and assisting benefits administration / enrolment.
Lead / actively contribute to HR Branding activities, Maintaining Employee Dashboard, Maintaining HRIS portals.
Any Special Assignments/Miscellaneous Work to HR department.

Mandatory Experience / Skills.
Regular MBA in Human Resource.
Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administrative practices etc.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
