Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in our international software business units, you will play a critical role in
aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will serve as a consultant to management on
human resource-related issues and act as a champion for employee engagement and organizational
effectiveness.
Primary Functions:
• Build relationships with the relevant BU management and employees in order to gain the credibility and influence the business, develop a thorough understanding of the business needs and challenges how the business operates
• Advise the business on people related processes and risk in partnership with HR Officers, Specialist functions and the HR Service centre
• Responsibility for the leadership and successful execution of several key HR projects within the
Strategic HR Business Plan as it relates to the functions
• Drive business decisions and understand the business needs the legal and regulatory framework in which they operate
• Ensure that the business attracts, develops and retains high quality talent, at all levels in a continuous pipeline, to support the growth objectives, opportunities and strategies of the business
• Manage all employee relations issues, educating the business to take accountability and manage risk
• To work in close partnership with HR Officers, HR Services and specialist teams in order to provide an efficient and quality service to the business and ensure we get the basics right every time
• Coaching and educating the HR Services team
• People management agenda - lead people and change management projects, through building strong business relationships with internal clients
• Provide leadership for organizational design, change management, workforce planning and talent management to the business
Job Qualifications:
The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.
They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have) along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors and Masters Degree in Human Resources
• 10 to 12 years of overall HR experience, including 3 to 4 recent years as an HR Business Partner
• Experience collaborating closely with HR leaders, Business Unit managers etc.
• Experience in the IT/Software industry
• Experience working with HR software such as Workday or similar platforms.
• Certified MBA, PMP, or Six Sigma holder
- Has driven and ensure the full implementation of HR processes in close alignment with HR Generalists and the Talent Acquisition team.
Soft/ Behavior Skills:
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools

Working Environment:
