Title/Position: Sr. Control-M and Automation Engineer
Shift Timings: UK Timings
We are looking for a Sr. Control-M and Automation Engineer who will be working independently and as part of the Automation Practice team along with control-m migration experts to support migration via automation from external schedulers to control-m.

We are looking for a Sr. Control-M and Automation Engineer who will be working independently and as part of the Automation Practice team along with control-m migration experts to support migration via automation from external schedulers to control-m.
Responsibilities:
- Working in distributed environments as Automation expert and supporting Automation and migration in control-m capacity.
- Creating scripts using JSON, python or any other scripting language for conversion of jobs.
- Automate jobs conversion to Control-M workload Automation using scripts or macros in excel.
- Formatting of XML converted format to match the acceptable Control-m JSON, XML formats in order to facilitate job creation.
- 6- 7 years of experience in Automation processes: Use Python, JSON etc to automate processes and build large-scale scripting environment for conversion from external schedulers to control m tool to facilitate migration.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
- Write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled . Should have the ability to convert CSV format to XML, JSON.
- Test APIs at the functional and system level, and be familiar with REST API, JSON, and XML , Python
- Follow Agile testing methodologies and participate in daily Scrum meetings
- Develop and maintain reports of all automation issues and test results
- Update the test automation suite regularly to ensure its accuracy and usefulness.
