Job Description
- Voucher Preparation: Handling all types of voucher creation with accuracy and completeness.
- Receipt Entry: Entering receipts into Tally, maintaining party ledger-wise accuracy.
- Tally Data Entry: Performing all data entry tasks related to financial transactions in Tally.
- Bank Reconciliation: Performing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Payment Gateway Reconciliation: Reconciling transactions from payment gateways.
- Invoicing: Managing the generation and distribution of invoices.
- TDS and GST Reconciliation: Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of TDS and GST, including managing pending TDS and GST by making calls and emails to clients.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Ensuring all credit card transactions are accurately recorded & reconciled.
- Filing and Document Management: Maintaining an organized filing system with proper indexing.
- Banking Work: Handling day-to-day banking tasks and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Team Support: Providing assistance and support to team members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of TDS, GST and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in bank and credit card reconciliation is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
