Job Description
- Implement CoDeG Principles: Ensure adherence to Content Development Guidelines (CoDeG) to enhance content quality across all platforms. This includes structuring content effectively, maintaining language and grammar standards, incorporating valuable insights, and optimizing data usage and presentation.
- Support Marketing Activities: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide high-quality content for various marketing initiatives such as Vlog productions, White Papers, Morning Briefs, and Industry Interviews. Tailor content to suit the requirements of each activity and ensure consistency in quality.
- Feed Management System: Ensure that team members are abiding by the in-house feed management system to streamline the process from content creation to verification and publication. Optimize the system to improve the turnaround time for publishing stories while maintaining accuracy and relevance.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor other editors and analysts to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards. Provide guidance on implementing CoDeG principles effectively and improving the overall quality of work.
- Develop conference-related content: The person will need to moderate webinars, attend conferences, and press conferences, when required, and generate topical stories from these events.
- Develop contacts for furthering company s business: The person will need to develop industry contacts for periodic interviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English, and Journalism, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in content development, editing and quality assurance.
- Strong command over language and grammar with exceptional writing and subbing skills.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation to incorporate insights effectively.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams & managing projects effectively.
- Experience in training and mentoring others is desirable.
